ONE STOP's 4 keys to success

From the feasability study through to the final delivery of your products, ONE STOP Outsourcing accompanies you through the whole production process, in 4 main steps :

PHASE 1 : Feasibility study

The study is necessary to validate the feasibility of a project. It is based on a list of 30 to 40 criteria that are checked together with the client:
. existing product or product to develop
. technicity of the product
. quality of the shedule of conditions
. global volumes
. time schedule
...
Based on this information we make up a more specific analysis based on:
. Requested know-how and technology on the production site
. selection of factories corresponding to these requested skills
. Availability of materials
. Administrative and legal restrictions related to the product
...

From this analysis, we can precisely evaluate the possible cost reduction related to the development of such a project in China.

PHASE 2 : Pre-production

» Development of designs

» Audit and final selection of the supplier that meets the demands required for your project:
. production capacity
. final checkout of technical knowledge and skills
. main sectors of activity
. identification of its suppliers...

» Specific adaptation of the schedule of conditions
. translation in English and Mandarin/Cantonese
. clarification and adaptation of technical terms
. selection of the type of quality control wished by the client:
- internal control by the factory
- control by ONE STOP quality engineers (precise definition of quality criteria and tolerance levels)
- control by an independent organism (Bureau Veritas, SGS.)

» making and validation of the prototype

» checkout of the conformity of the product with the norms requested to enter the concerned market (tests with independent laboratories).
